Newly hired mortgage loan officers entering the industry for the first time need a clear and effective way to understand key mortgage loan terminology to build their foundational knowledge and succeed in their roles.

Solution
After identifying the need to introduce essential mortgage loan terminology to new mortgage loan officers, I designed an interactive learning experience called The Mortgage Mastery Path. As new hires progress through the experience, they encounter real-world scenarios where they apply loan terminology in practical decision-making. Throughout the Mortgage Mastery Path, learners are presented with choices that reflect situations they will face on the job, giving them the opportunity to learn from both their successes and mistakes. By the end of the journey, they have not only mastered the key terms but are also prepared to use them confidently in their daily responsibilities.
The Mortgage Mastery Path has since been rolled out to all new mortgage loan officers, ensuring they have the foundational knowledge needed for success. The program has received positive feedback for its engaging approach and effective learning outcomes.
